Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy:

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please call or email immediately since our shipping time is often times faster than 3 business days. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Process:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, orders will be shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. We process and prepare your order within the listed time frames before shipping it out.

Return Policy:

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately at info@selectskinco.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Invalid Addresses:

We are not responsible for invalid or incorrect addresses, and we cannot be held liable for items delivered to the wrong address. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately before your order is printed or shipped, and we will correct it at no extra charge.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address. If the address is invalid, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card sent to the email address we have on file. Please note that, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on shipped items.

Filing A Claim:


Any claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address :

 If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Unclaimed:


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
